Access Dialysis Renal Services
Access Dialysis is dedicated to investing in a range of innovative programs and initiatives designed to enhance our patients’ quality of life. By focusing on personalised care, advanced treatment options, and ongoing support, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
TREATMENT
Hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration.
Hemodialysis and Hemodiafiltration are advanced therapies for kidney failure. Hemodialysis removes waste, toxins, and excess fluids, while Hemodiafiltration combines dialysis and filtration for enhanced toxin removal, offering tailored care for patients
- Removes waste, toxins, and excess fluids from the blood.
- Utilizes a specialized machine and dialyzer (artificial kidney).
- Combines the processes of dialysis and filtration for enhanced clearance of toxins.

TREATMENT
SLED Slow/ sustained low efficient dialysis done over a period of 8hrs.
Sustained Low-Efficiency Dialysis (SLED) is an 8-hour dialysis method for critically ill patients, combining hemodialysis and continuous therapies to remove waste while minimizing complications.
- Reduced risk of blood pressure drops compared to standard dialysis.
- Well-suited for patients in intensive care settings.
- Easier to manage in hospital environments with fewer resources required than continuous therapies.

TREATMENT
Intravenous Infusions: Iron and Epo Management
Intravenous infusions manage anemia in dialysis patients by restoring iron and boosting red blood cell production with Epo, improving hemoglobin, energy, and quality of life.
- Administered directly into the bloodstream to replenish iron stores.
- Essential for red blood cell production in patients with chronic kidney disease.
- Helps combat anemia and reduce symptoms like fatigue and weakness.

TREATMENT
Home Dialysis
Home dialysis allows patients to receive dialysis treatment in the comfort of their own home, offering flexibility and greater control over their treatment schedule.
- Greater flexibility to fit treatment around daily routines.
- Reduces the need for frequent trips to a dialysis center.
- Empowers patients with independence and control over their care.

TREATMENT
Peritoneal Dialysis
Peritoneal dialysis is a home-based dialysis treatment that uses the lining of the abdominal cavity (peritoneum) to filter waste, toxins, and excess fluids from the blood. A cleansing solution (dialysate) is introduced into the abdomen through a catheter, and waste products are removed when the solution is drained. PD offers flexibility, better preservation of kidney function, and fewer dietary restrictions compared to traditional dialysis, making it a convenient option for many patients.
- Utilizes the peritoneum (the lining of the abdominal cavity) as a natural filter.
- A cleansing solution (dialysate) is introduced into the abdominal cavity via a catheter.
